Small Claims Service FAQ
How much does it cost to serve small claims papers in Las Vegas?
Standard Service is $150 for next-day personal service, including two attempts and an Affidavit of Service. RUSH service is $300.
Do you file with the court?
Standard Service includes court filing for local Las Vegas courts, plus complimentary printing (under 25 pages).
What happens if the person can’t be served?
If the person can’t be served after the two included attempts, we email you to discuss your options, or we provide an Affidavit of Due Diligence documenting our attempts.
How will I receive my Affidavit of Service?
Once your invoice is paid, we share your Affidavit of Service with you through the secure MyCase client portal.
How do I pay?
